At Languages That Talk, we are all about encouraging young people to value and learn different languages. A vital aspect of our work entails Language Ambassadors, who work directly with young students and support them in many ways.

This is a fantastic opportunity for undergraduate students, with a passion for languages, interested in gaining hands-on experience within a London based educational start-up.

As a language ambassador, you can expect to:

Mentor students through their language learning journey

Support young students with their studies and exam tips

Guidance students on how to use language skills to enhance a an academic CV and future goals

Becoming a Language Ambassador gives you the opportunity  to strengthen your communication and leadership skills. As well as sharpen your ability to time manage and remain resilient.

You will only be expected to volunteer once a year, so this is a great way to gain experience while still maintaining your university work and other commitments.

This role does not require any previous experience as we support our Language Ambassadors throughout. We ensure that you feel confident when working with your mentee(s).

Once you sign up, you will be invited to attend an informal interview over coffee with our founder to demonstrate your passion and commitment to the programme.

We thank you for your interest and look forward to welcoming you to Languages That Talk!
